Roles & Responsibilities

In charge of Mobile & Web Application developments
Monitoring the daily progress of projects.
Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, and ensure that the requirements are met.
Manage and follow through the development process including solution, deploying, resource allocation.
Facilitate changes and ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
Create, measure OKR/KPIs for the project.
Obtain customer’s approval and acceptance of the delivery of projects
Submit projects and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.
Maintain project management standards and processes.
Work closely with clients to keep them up-to-date on project progress
Work closely with the development team to ensure the deliverables
Create and maintain documentation for all projects
Work with a high-level of autonomy in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Customer oriented mindset.
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
Experiences in managing projects, gathering requirements, managing expectations
Experience in use of Agile (scrum) development is a bonus
Care for the quality of the work
Very good communication skills
Confident, independent and meticulous
Experience managing multiple projects in parallel
Must have the ability to cope with tight deadlines, independently
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
